At Uncle Buck’s I want to procure an experience that goes above and beyond the typical expectations at a bar. Our menu is from scratch, we use local ingredients/products where possible and I instill a fine dining mindset in my team to make sure that the product we deliver surpasses the standard. We want to set the bar on what people expect from a Milwaukee style bar/restaurant. The local experience of Uncle Buck’s should come through not only in the food and the products we use, but also the ambiance and the vibe of the entire restaurant. The food should be familiar, but not predictable. I would like our guests to feel comfortable but also excited that they will be receiving our own spin on local-style fare.
